Images and crazy Word-formatted sigs always bug me, in an email.

I vote for your simple, informative sig. Maybe include a phone number. Please don't bother with the email address, I'll respect you less.

This is my most trafficked page on this site, and no one has ever left a comment! In the years since writing this I've been working in an office that uses Outlook.

I now have my default signatures as one-line:

Name | Title | Company Name.

99.9% of my emails are internal. People know the address. They don't need the legal warning nonsense. It's clean and simple.

On the rare occasion that I have an email to send to a client I can Insert > Signature > and select "Full" which is a lot more descriptive and informative.

This has worked like a charm for me. What are you doing?

Hey Cathy,
If you don't have a database it looks like you might have to do some miserable data harvesting... unless there's a comment RSS feed?

Sorry Dante! I haven't had a need since then to really explore. WordPress is the most popular CMS on the planet, so there may be a plugin or post somewhere.

Good luck!
